 The
Anomaly LP (The Battle Cry) - Lord 360
|
After
years enticing listeners with many guest cameos, The Anomaly
LP (The Battle Cry) will finally allow a greater look into
the wily perspectives of Lord 360. This album hits hard
from the start as it carries the listener through his views,
moods, and rants over a varied blend of tracks each unique
yet cohesive. His perspectives on subjects such as life,
society, and government are mixed within clever wordplay
and wit. Alter-ego vocalist, Chris Cypher, joins to bring
a soulful mash-up to many of the tracks, adding unique emotion
to 360's aggresssion. The Anomaly LP also features select
guest emcees such as Blueprint (Weightless/Rhymesayers),
Psalm One (Rhymesayers/Birthwrite) & Touch

The
production features many Chicago-land greats (such as the
OPUS, Overflo, Maker, ScanDLS, Scottfree, Grimmace), some
talent from other corners of the world such as Nejel Mongrel
from Japan; with a third of the tracks crafted by Lord 360
himself.

From
the opening track Twisted
Smiles 360 shows no remorse in slaying all with
his verbatim. Further on in Home
Is Where The Heart Is 360 tells of his own stories
and perspectives growing up on Chicagos North-side.
While tackling issues, 360 brings his own production style
to track like Playful
Jab, and Death
to Ingsoc
and more.
However, its with tracks like sdneB
ehT and Gasping
Gatling where Lord 360s delivery holds up
to some of the most elite on the mic today.

No
rookie to the scene, 360 has been making music for almost
a decade from his first crew Slaughterhouse V, to his own
Cypher Infinitum label, to independent outfit Birthwrite
Records and various guest appearances from hip hop to soul
to drum n bass. His flow is effortless, occassionally featuring
hints of his Haitian roots as well as the speed um
up slow it down signature sound from his hometown.
Not only is The Anomaly LP (The Battle Cry) sure to put
Lord 360 on the radar of heads worldwide, but his live performance
has the energy to move the masses even further. To see 360
translate his recorded material to his live show is a whole
new experience. So come out en masse when we come
to your town!
